Stephanie's prenatal programming teaches foundational skills that you will use during your pregnancy and on your postpartum journey. Breathing mechanics, posture, alignment, and functional movement patterns are pillars in her programming. She uses corrective exercise to mitigate pain and injury. As a prenatal client, you will learn how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor through effective practices that may likely change as your body changes. An exercise-based approach is taken to keep her clients staying active and training for the marathon of birth and motherhood. All sessions are 1:1 and you will receive hands-on feedback and appropriate modifications. Please note that this programming does not replace pelvic floor therapy.
